OMCA Code of Regulations - Art. 2: Sect.3 Dues (abbr.):
annual dues shall be payable in advance on or before the last day of Jan. each year.
OMCA "Contributing Membership" dues campaign is Nov. - Jan. 31st of each year.
OMCA Annual Due's are $35 per residence per year (less than $3.00/month).
Dues pays for lighting & beautification of front entrance, representation of Olde Mill within the City of Westerville (ie., zoning, annexation, subdivision, extension of various services, etc.), various social activities, resident directory, website and more!
